Mario was so patient, helpful and friendly. He made the (slightly scary) experience of buying my first car in the UK, so easy! We were 2 young women going to pick it up, and he wasn't pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. The car is absolutely immaculate, I'm over the moon with it.
